This policy explains what personal data VAULCOUNT (vaulcount.shop) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your order — nothing more.

  • Email address — provided at checkout or contact forms, used to deliver your account and answer your questions.
  • Order data — product purchased, cryptocurrency used, payment transaction hash (TXID) and timestamps, used to verify payments and honour guarantees.
  • Technical data — anonymized server logs (IP address, user agent) used for security and fraud prevention.
  • Local storage — your language choice and popup dismissal are stored in your browser's local storage; they never leave your device.

We do not collect payment card data (we don't accept cards), we do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

3. Why we process data (legal basis)

We process order data to perform our contract with you (delivery of the purchased product), and email/address data to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud. Marketing emails are only sent with your explicit consent (e.g. the discount popup), and you can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Retention

Order and support data is kept for up to 24 months to honour the replacement guarantee and meet accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where strictly necessary (e.g. hosting provider, as required by law). The site is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@vaulcount.shop; we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Crypto payments are verified on public blockchains; we never ask for and never store your private keys or wallet credentials.
